What this website collects, and what we do with it.
What we collect
A contact enquiry collects your name, email address, topic and message. A hosting request collects your firm name, your name and business email, what you enter about your traders, brokers, current system, hosting region, timeline, data migration and requirements, and your role and phone number if you give them. To limit automated abuse we keep a keyed hash of your IP address for a short time. We do not store the address itself.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry or hosting request, and to screen for spam. Submitting the hosting form does not start billing or provision a service.
Where it goes
Enquiries are stored in a database on our server. Each new enquiry also sends an email to our support mailbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. Messages that look like spam are kept for review and are not emailed.
What we do not do
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no analytics or third-party scripts.
Your choices
Email support@traders-enterprise.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.
